When you entrust me to create an heirloom painting for you and your family, I take great care in making sure I understand what is important to you and your family. I work very hard to bring back your special memories or create a present-day portrait that you can enjoy for many years to come and pass down to the next generation.

Please take a moment to look over my paintings on this site to see if any of them remind you of your special memories. This can give us a starting point if you are not quite sure what direction your painting should take.

It usually takes between nine months and one year to complete a painting from the time your contract is signed. This enables you to spread the fee over that time period. After we talk about your ideas, I can give you a price for your painting. I will then send you a contract. One third of the cost is due when you return the contract. I will then complete a very detailed pencil drawing of your future painting for you to approve. This is the time when changes can be made. The pencil drawing is yours to keep so you will actually end up with two pieces of original art! When you approve the pencil drawing the second third of the fee will be due.

When your painting is delivered the balance will be due. All my paintings are created using professional grade paints and paper or canvas.

Your painting will be beautifully framed and ready to hang when it is delivered to you.
